After interviewing many industry leaders, we learned that growing as a leader can mean different things to different people.

We asked these engineering leaders if leadership was exclusive only to managers; the simple answer was no. Leadership is artistry, for anyone and everyone. In Figure 5A, we can see that many engineering leaders invest at least a few hours every week towards their own growth and overcoming challenges.
