Our Chef

Chef Thomas Owen has always felt at home behind a range. Whether in the mountains of Colorado or the lakes of Madison, Wisconsin, he found that cooking and community go hand-in-hand. Thomas started at a young age in the kitchen and became drawn to the fast pace and creativity of the culinary world through high school culinary competitions.

After graduating from Madison College with a degree in Culinary Arts and working in several of Madison’s most iconic restaurants, Thomas transplanted himself to San Francisco to be among some of the world’s highest-regarded chefs, including a stint at Quince, a Three Michelin Star restaurant.

Now he is moving his vision for amazing food with friends, family, and community outside the restaurant through pop-ups, dinner parties, and private in-home tasting menus. Fostering connections is what drives him to create an atmosphere of everlasting discovery, on the plate and with the people sharing our tables.
