Meet with engineering leaders from Twilio, Airbnb, Pagerduty, Pinterest, Okta, Uber and other leading tech companies. This is an exclusive, invitation-only dinner with VPs of Engineering and Product. The dinner takes place on February 25, 2020 at a private residence in San Francisco.
You’ll get to meet with Engineering leaders from our community: clients, partners and friends from some of Silicon Valley’s best-known companies. Our “Good People Dinner” features an exquisite meal prepared on-site by Francis Ang, the chef and founder of Pinoy Heritage, a Filipino pop-up restaurant.
Francis has cooked for more than a decade in the kitchens of Gary Danko, Fifth Floor, Dirty Habit and Taj Campton. He has earned numerous accolades including Zagat’s “30 Under 30” and the 2018 SF Chronicle Rising Star Chef.
Our friend Jordan Burton is the founder and president of Burton Advisors. He has spent the past 13 years as an executive assessor, conducting multi-hour interviews with hundreds of CEO candidates on behalf of private top equity firms, and is an advisor to many Bay Area VCs and technology companies (Matrix, Sequoia, Twilio) in improving their hiring and interviewing skills.
Jordan will share some insights from his vast interview experiences, as well as his reflections on his own personal and professional limitations. Come prepared for a journey into the minds of high achievers, and for an invitation to experience the power of vulnerable exchanges with your fellow guests over dessert.
Attire is relaxed and informal. If you’re a vegetarian or have other dietary needs or restrictions, please let us know.
