Daniel Dargham is President & CEO of Lohika. He brings over 25 years of international experience in a diversified range of software engineering, marketing, sales and general management experience, from both established and high-growth companies at the cutting edge of software development. Prior to Altran, he held several engineering and management roles at KLA-Tencor and IBM. Daniel holds an MBA from Stanford University and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon in France.
With over 20 years of experience leading software development and sales operations, Mikael Carlsson is passionate about helping clients leverage new technologies to become software centric innovators with a focus on digital customer experiences. He was most recently with GlobalLogic Inc. as Sr. Vice President & General Manager leading a Business Unit focused on driving digital innovation consulting and software development services for large multinational companies.
Mikael previously spent fourteen years shaping the product development services business at Tieto Corporation, a global digital services company, including leading the global sales operations and establishing its North American business. He held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Tieto’s Networking and Connected Products business unit, where he led an 800 person strong software engineering operation. Mikael has also been instrumental in several start-ups and, for example, built a pioneering automotive software company that completed a successful IPO and was later acquired by Teradyne Inc.
Mikael studied at IHM Business School and Stockholm University he earned his MBA from Henley Business School at the University of Reading.
Michael Makishima brings to Lohika a 20-year track record in financial and operations management, with a concentrated focus in the IT professional services and software industries.
Mr. Makishima’s experience includes the CFO role at Inventa Technologies, a professional services firm focused on enabling organizations to broaden and optimize operational capabilities through technology-based solutions. At Inventa, Michael was responsible for worldwide finance, accounting, MIS, recruiting, facilities, and administration.
Prior to Inventa, Michael held various senior management positions in finance and operations at Liant Software. His responsibilities included M&A – primarily centered on due diligence and post-merger integration, operational finance, and software manufacturing. He was also instrumental in establishing Liant’s presence in Europe.
Michael received his BS in Economics (with Honors) from University of San Francisco.
Vladyslav Shymov has worked in the software engineering industry for more than 17 years, starting from software development, then shifting to delivery management of offshore software development services, process optimization and transformation.
Vladyslav has managed multi-site offshore software engineering delivery teams of 1,000+ engineers, with a focus on technical execution, predictable staffing and adapting to change. Vladyslav received his Master’s degree in applied mathematics and mechanics from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University.
Sudatta has 30 years of Engineering R&D delivery experience with 22 years at Altran/Capgemini. She has delivery experience across diversified sectors like Digital & Cloud, Data & AI, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Energy & Communications. She has played a key role in winning large deals, as well as the successful development and deployment of products from concepts to launch in the areas of IoT, Industrial Automation, Smart Solutions and Software as a Service. She has led large global engineering delivery programs with a special focus on digital technologies, agile practices, and transformation for efficiency, across multi-location and multi-cultural teams and customers.
She has written and published extensively in international journals and conferences on topics like IoT ecosystems, communications infrastructure for smart cities, and professionals’ learning behavior towards emerging digital technologies. She is a Physics graduate with a Master’s in Computer Applications from NIT Rourkela and an MBA from IIT Delhi.
