
Daniel Dargham, President & Chief Executive Officer
Daniel Dargham brings twenty years of international experience in a diversified range of software engineering, marketing, sales and general management experience to Lohika, from both established and high-growth companies at the cutting edge of software development.
Mr. Dargham comes to Lohika from KLA-Tencor, where he held full P&L responsibility for the Test and Analysis Software Division, including the management of the Custom Software Development and Client Services departments.
While at KLA-Tencor, he achieved 250% revenue growth in three years, and developed the annual Strategic Plans for his division. He is also credited with turning around the Test Software product line, making it the most profitable in the company. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Mr. Dargham was at IBM, where he held several software engineering and engineering management roles in data analysis application development. Leading an IBM-Siemens (now Infineon) joint venture team, he was instrumental in introducing and ramping up IBM's Advanced Memory Manufacturing Line in Paris.
Daniel holds an MBA from Stanford University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon, France.

Michael Makishima, Chief Financial Officer
Michael Makishima brings to Lohika a 20-year track record in financial and operations management, with a concentrated focus in the IT professional services and software industries.
Mr. Makishima's experience includes the CFO role at Inventa Technologies, a professional services firm focused on enabling organizations to broaden and optimize operational capabilities through technology-based solutions. At Inventa, Michael was responsible for worldwide finance, accounting, MIS, recruiting, facilities, and administration.
Prior to Inventa, Michael held various senior management positions in finance and operations at Liant Software. His responsibilities included M&A - primarily centered on due diligence and post-merger integration, operational finance, and software manufacturing. He was also instrumental in establishing Liant's presence in Europe.
Michael received his BS in Economics (with Honors) from University of San Francisco.

Mark Phillips, Chief Technology Officer
Mark Phillips has successfully lead technology and software development efforts for many years. He has held executive positions at various early-stage technology companies in Silicon Valley. These include CTO and Vice President of Engineering positions at Insession, Angara, General Magic and Knowmadic. Mark has also been involved in a software partnership which acquired software companies, growing them and then successfully existing the merged entities.
He began his career at IBM and Tandem Computers. Mr. Phillips earned a master of science degree in physics from Oxford University. He holds 15 patents.
